Dear Friends of German Comedy,
I hope you’ve had a good start to the year!
I’m about to start driving up and down Britain in a German-made diesel car, in order to hand out laminated postcards and bio-degradable plastic pens and lecture the nation on climate change.
If this doesn’t sound all that.. well, I promise the lecture to be totally unbiased. I also promise there’s plenty of uplifting messages such as we’ll be long gone by the time the proverbial properly hits the fan; there’ll always be an England (and a Wales and a Scotland); the young people will sort it out; etc etc. And you never know, depending on how it goes there might even be the odd reference to World War II and German efficiency.
